    BE/BC Family Medicine Physician

    for our

    Wild Rose, WI

    location.

    In this role, you'll have the backing of a respected health system, and the collaboration of collegial Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians.

    Practice Highlights :
    Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
    1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
    Join an established team of 2 physicians and 3 APCs
    Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
    Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

    Clinic Hours :
    M-F 7:00a-5:00p and S 8:00a-12:00p

    Call Rotation :
    Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screen all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

    ThedaCare Physicians-Wild Rose qualifies for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC), which supports primary care providers interested in serving rural communities through scholarships and loan repayment programs.

    Competitive Compensation and Benefits


    Income Details:
    Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
    Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
    Sign-on bonus offered to support a smooth transition into practice
    35 days of paid time off annually, including vacation, holidays, and CME
    $4,500 annual CME allowance
    Malpractice coverage with tail insurance and access to the WI Patient Compensation Fund
    Reimbursement of licensing and board certification/recertification fees
    Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
    Retirement plan (403b and 457b) with employer contribution to support long-term financial security

    Community Overview :
    Wild Rose is a rural community and vacation spot for many, located in Waushara County (population 24,000). Wild Rose was settled by Welsh immigrants in the mid-1850's and has a unique cultural history.

    For the outdoor enthusiast, Wild Rose is home to over a dozen clear, fresh water lakes with sandy beaches and miles of rivers and creeks, ideal for fishing, swimming and boating.

    Wild Rose is integral to the fishing industry in Wisconsin with a fish hatchery, as well as plenty of hunting options throughout the county.

    There are over 30 miles of snowmobile trails, a local ski resort (Nordic Mountain), as well as plenty of summer activities, such as hiking, canoeing, kayaking, camping, and more.

    Wild Rose also hosts an annual car show every September, bringing in many to the community.

    Appleton International Airport located in Appleton, and Austin Straubel Airport in Green Bay offer modern facilities and convenient access to all the Midwest hubs.
