    Description
    Marquis Asset Management Inc is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pensacola, FL 32505.


    Beginning as the Marquis Group before maturing and branching into Marquis Asset Management Inc, our firm has grown and developed every year.

    Marquis Asset Management houses its own accounting department, compliance department, human resources, and site operations team.


    Assist in the coordination daily operations of the engineering/maintenance departments and staff; maintains all equipment, interior and exterior of buildings, and property in proper condition.

    Maintain property including but not limited to offices, production areas, public areas, and equipment through development and implementation of preventive maintenance program; ensures all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner and according to all specifications
    Maintain organization's physical operations including but not limited to refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, plumbing, water treatment, and electric systems
    Maintain turnover of units by scheduling in-house work and external vendors as needed
    Interfaces with appropriate staff/managers to receive information regarding maintenance needs; authorizes purchase orders for supplies and equipment
    Ensures all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies corrected; ensures property is in compliance with all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations
    Assists staff in maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings, and property as needed
    Participates in the after-hours emergency on-call service for residents
    Participate in completion of unit turns

    Knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills
    Knowledge of city and state building codes, OSHA requirements, and ADA laws
    Ability to manage priorities and workflow
    Proficient on OneSite and Microsoft a plus
    Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
    Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
