    Job Description

    A well-established marketing analytics organization located in Dallas, TX is looking to expand with a strong Junior to Mid-level frontend leaning Full stack Developer to assist in their customers ad hoc development and design needs.

    You will be working on new and existing projects developing frontend code and storyboards. This organization specializes in boosting organizations' sales and profit using the Internet. This team works with clients to fully understand their business and competitors. They then draft a marketing strategy to get their clients more customers profitably.


    Providing business with:
    Pay Per Click Management, Local Search SEO, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Online Reputation Management etc.
    The ideal candidate is technically savvy and enjoys working directly with clients. If you have a great technical skillset with Angular 10+, .NET/C#, and Azure Cloud, get satisfaction from superior software craftsmanship, hate un-necessary bureaucracy, and want to grow into using the latest tools/frameworks, then this could be the role for you

    This position has offices in both Dallas, TX and Flower Mound, TX with lots of work from home flexibility (only meetings Thursday afternoon in office).

    No sponsorship or ability to work C2C is available at this time. Required Skills & Experience

    • Angular 12 Framework:
    Understanding of Angular CLI, modules, components, services, directives, and dependency injection.

    • TypeScript:
    The candidate should understand TypeScript features such as types, interfaces, generics, and decorators

    • RESTful API integration:

    Angular developers need to have a good understanding of integrating with RESTful APIs in their applications to retrieve, send, and store data.


    • HTML/

    CSS:
    Strong skills in responsive design, cross-device compatibility

    • Testing Skills:
    Knowledge of Browser DevTools is essential in testing and debugging one's code

    • Code Quality and

    Best Practices:
    Adherence to coding standards, and familiarity with best practices in front-end development, including modularity, reusability, and maintainability.

    • Communication Skills:
    It's okay if you don't know everything.

    But how long will it take to ask for help? We are a remote team without micromanagement so we need someone who can look for assistance before time is wasted.


    • Problem-Solving Approach:

    Ability to dissect a problem into individual smaller pieces before starting a large task to find the intricacies of the issue or assignment.


    • Continuous Learning:

    Looking for someone willing to keep up with the fast-moving technical world and try to always implement the new and best practices.

    You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, staff, & outside contributors
    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Testing Frameworks:
    Experience in using testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, and tools for mocking dependencies and stubbing HTTP requests

    • Angular Material's theming system:
    Custom programable and swappable themes (light mode / dark mode most commonly seen)

    • Angular Material Component Library:
    Set of building blocks for predefined components that can be manipulated to create common patters in front ed development

    • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI, GitLab CI/CD) for automating the build, testing, and deployment processes is advantageous
    • Security

    Best Practices:
    XSS (Cross-Site Scripting) prevention, CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) protection, content security policy (CSP), and secure authentication/authorization mechanisms

    • Accessibility coding:
    Coding best practices for coding for people with disabilities

    • Competitive Pay:
    Up to $50/hour, DOE

    • Contract Duration: 3-6 month Contract to Hire
