F/T Senior Workday Consultant

AssistNow is looking to hire a Senior Workday Consultant is responsible for assessing the Finance
needs of their clients, designing, developing and integrating software to meet those needs and
testing and troubleshooting implemented software to find and resolve errors.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all technical issues related to Finance for the Clients.
• Identifies new improvements in Workday System
• Responds to all the queries, clarification and explanation of existing Business processes.
• Active Participation in the Design and Discovery Sessions
• Develops and supports data-driven processes
• Performing End to End Implementation of different modules like Supplier

Accounts

• Banking and Settlement, Business Assets and Customer Accounts.
• Focusing on the new releases made by Workday time to time
• Advises on available processes, and workaround and guides users to the

most appropriate information based on their needs

• Configuration of Intercompany profiles to address the intercompany

transactions

• Developed custom reports based on user requirements.
• Prepare and record Journal entries for AR and AP.
• Assisting the team with period close activities.
• Documents logic, processes, and systems
• Experienced in Edit tenant setup related configuration for AP and AR

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree (or its foreign equiv) in Computer Information Systems, Finance or closely related
field

Skill/Experience to include, experience in Functional Finance, creating Finance reports, creating security group and integration security users for integrations and configuring notifications; create outbound integration using core connector worker such as Workday.
