- Process finance applications and verify customer information with various banks
- Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
- Oversee the flow of finance applications and credit disclosures
- Analyze information to assess the current buying capability of individuals
- Filing deal jackets and dead deal for information storage
- Precise data entry
- Communication with sales and finance staff
- Prior compliance, banking, or lending experience preferred
- Extremely detailed oriented, organized, lover of multi-tasking, and accuracy in work
- Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Dealer track, ADP, Excel)
- Must understand lending and regulatory guidlines
- Strong clerical skills. (multitasking, organizing, typing, computer savvy.)
