- Coordinate activities in the Space traveling-wave tube (TWT) and traveling-wave tube amplifier (TWTA) manufacturing and test areas, including
- Assignment and configuration of production units
- Test data review and disposition
- Writing operating and handling procedures
- Coordinating with supply chain
- Provide training and guidance for hourly Test Technicians
- Prepare test-readiness review packages for the Space TWTs (internal and for customer review)
- Review customer specifications for Space TWTs
- Write test instructions for production space fight hardware
- Configure test software for production hardware
- Disposition and troubleshoot production hardware; initiate and complete nonconformance reports
- Review production routers
- Organize and maintain test equipment
- Review test data for trends and inaccuracies, select appropriate performance information from test data
- Troubleshoot complex test issues, implements solutions
- Troubleshoot test equipment and testing methodology as applicable
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
- Minimum of four years of prior relevant experience
- Computer proficiency is required, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to develop creative solutions to problems in a fast-paced environment
- RF test experience highly desired
