    Quality Analysis Manager

    General Dynamics Information Technology, a world leader in Defense IT Systems Integration and Services is seeking a Quality Manager responsible for ensuring that all products and services developed, managed, or enhanced under this PWS meet or exceed Government quality standards.

    This individual must possess strong leadership, communication, planning skills, and have a broad IT background in systems, servers, networks, and hardware experience gained in managing and delivering critical IT services.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide oversight of quality assurance, quality management, and performance and quality control systems to ensure compliance across the enterprise.
    • Perform quality management audits and reviews to ensure process adherence (e.g., techniques and procedures (TTPs) and that all Service Level Objectives (SLOs) are understood and reported properly.
    • Develop and oversee an effective quality management system to continuously identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining adherence to contract SLOs.
    • Establish standards governing stakeholder interactions and implement monitoring programs.
    • Manage internal and external client expectations related to quality management and effectively communicate quality standards across the program.
    • Perform analysis and monitoring of all performance metrics to ensure compliance with internal, external, contract performance, and quality standards.
    • Schedule and coordinate all the quality and performance monitoring activities of the staff across the program; prepare QA reports.
    • Aggregate and analyze quality data and suggest methods for improving quality, design and business processes.
    • Manage all deliverables and communication between the Contractor and Government staff. This individual is responsible to the Program Manager to resolve any issues of deficiency in meeting contractual obligations.
    • Manage report automation, distribution, and quality of all reports.

    Experience:


    • Experience as a Quality Manager in an enterprise IT environment.
    • A solid enterprise IT and program management background and experience
    • Proven ability to communicate with Government/military personnel at all levels.
    • Experience in DoD IT enterprise; understanding of DoD IT directives and guidelines.

    Security Clearance Level:

    • Must be US Citizen
    • TS/SCI

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong written and oral communication skills to write technical analysis reports and security plans.
    • Responsiveness to all levels of military and diverse customer base
    • Implementing optimizing, standardizing, and streamlining policies, processes, and standard operating procedures
    • Knowledge and experience implementing a variety of quality management systems/capabilities from established frameworks.

    Skills:


    • Current or previous experience with DoD related contracts
    • Experience with enterprise IT service desk support and best practices.
    • Certifications and/or training with quality management systems
    • Experience with CMMI and ISO 9001; supporting SOP development.
    • Experience with NORAD/NORTHCOM
    Required Education and

    Experience:


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Certification CompTIA A+, Network+ (or equivalent)
    • 3-5 yrs. of IT experience

    The likely salary range for this position is $106,371 - $177,632. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

    Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
