- Smile and greet, warmly interact with, and assist guests and hotel staff in a professional manner
- Provide a high level of guest service to all guests and co-workers which are aligned by the Company and Property's service standards and brand attributes in order to provide defining moments at every opportunity
- Serve as a property ambassador, engaging guests in queues, open and close doors, and assist with transportation requests
- Orient guests to property
- Complete applicable documentation, tickets, and other bell related forms
- Make and receive phone calls requesting information and services
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Six (6) months guest service experience
- Experience in a AAA 5 diamond, Mobil 5 star, or Forbes hotel/resort setting
