• Will need to ensure staffing, staff and patient safety, and resource in all areas as it is needed.
• As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.
• Supervising nursing staff and their day-to-day duties on behalf of senior management.
• Ensuring that patients receive quality healthcare.
• Performing administrative duties, including scheduling nursing staff shifts.
• Expediting issues of concern to senior administrators on call.
• Liaising with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
• Updating records and communicating information to relevant departments.
• Providing nursing staff with clinical instructions, advice, or guidance, when required.

• Supervisory, Clinical Resource Team and/or other pertinent Leadership experience
• Float to Bettendorf when needed.
• Experience in scheduling staff, oversight of staff and oversight of patient care acting as liaison/resource when needed
• Experience strongly encouraged in ALL, or EACH of the following Depts: ICU, ED, Med Surg

• Illinois/Iowa/Compact Allowed(Single State IA/IL RN license, or, Compact license).
• BLS (AHA).
