    Recruiter (Intermediate)

    Grant Leading Technology (GLT) is seeking a candidate for a Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent for GLT.

    You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to setting up interviews, to the offer letter stage.

    Your excellent communication skills, along with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, will contribute to the success of the company.

    This position will be remote, and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.


    Responsibilities:
    Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
    Proactively build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings
    Conduct thorough candidate research and market analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

    Use the Applicant Tracking System to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, keep accurate and up-to-date candidate records, schedule interviews, etc.

    Review resumes to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific positions
    Conduct comprehensive phone and/or video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
    Administer relevant assessments and tests to assess candidates' technical abilities and job-specific knowledge
    Work with hiring managers to ensure all steps are followed in a timely manner
    Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively to meet individual recruitment targets
    Collaborate with the internal team to develop innovative recruitment strategies and improve overall recruitment effectiveness
    Work with the Recruiting and HR departments to ensure compliance with EOO data requirements and the Affirmative Action Plan
    Responsible for part in company's overall retention plan
    Collect references from candidates at the panel interview stage
    Communicate with candidates throughout the process including informing them when they have been rejected

    Any additional administrative tasks for the Recruiting department including but not limited to, keeping meeting notes, teaching new managers how to use the applicant tracking system, etc.


    Qualifications and Education Requirements:
    Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    Five (5) to eight (8) years of proven experience as a Recruiter
    At least five (5) years' experience as a corporate recruiter
    Experience recruiting passive candidates
    Deep knowledge of various recruitment techniques
    Knowledge of discrimination and employment laws
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and team members
    Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy
    High level of professionalism and integrity, ensuring confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices
    Must live in the United States
    Must be authorized to work in the United States

    Preferred Skills:
    Experience using UKG (Kronos) Applicant Tracking System
    Experience working in a government contracting company or directly for a government agency
    Experience recruiting for diverse teams
