- Execute and maintain processes for inventory department independently or without supervision.

- Maintain accurate inventory of all departments within the campus.
- Perform quality control and auditing responsibilities.
- Perform perpetual cycle counts and all supplemental count requirements within established time frames.
- Monitor warehouse damage and initiate resolution.
- Notify appropriate department leads for product discrepancies.
- Utilize reports to assist campus in investigating and expediting issues related to inventory discrepancies and audit results.
- Maintain accurate, organized files for all department responsibilities for efficient access to necessary information.
- Perform daily warehouse responsibilities in areas related to shipping, receiving and/or inventory management within established time frames.
- Make recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting their work group or campus that will maximize efficiency, productive, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards in the areas of accuracy, safety and productivity.
- Understand Food Safety handling techniques, practices and expectations for the work environment.
- Assign items select slots based on the strategy of achieving retail and distribution operational productivity while ensuring the safety of associates and product.
- Meet production standards set by the company.
- Read and understand written and numeric product identifiers.
- Must be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties.
- Proficient use of computer for data entry and research purposes.
- Highly motivated, self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple task in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working with an ERP (SAP) (Preferred).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to abide by Cosmax NBT USA's policies and procedures, including those that are safety related.
- Manuel dexterity sufficient to operate a wide variety of tools and equipment.
- Organized and able to follow a schedule.
- Experience operating equipment, filling machines, case packers, labelers, etc.
- Retain knowledge of and consistently adhere to procedures for the use of personal protect equipment (PPE).
- Timely completion of all mandated compliance training.
- Must possess a high sense of urgency and the ability to multitask and complete large volumes of work in a centralized environment.
- Self-motivated individual willing to work hard, able to work in a group and alone, and be quality conscious.
- Demonstrates a professional, team first attitude toward work and co-workers.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking of English.
- Able to cross check incoming materials for production to the paperwork .
- Accurately verify counts of incoming, outgoing materials .
- Accurately Document all necessary notations to the BMR.

- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Two to three (2-3) years of previous warehouse inventory, Material Handler, warehouse/logistics, dietary/nutritional supplement or a food related industry (Required).
- Previous manufacturing experience (Required).
- Experience with SAP and WMS (Highly preferred).
- Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in both English and Korean (Highly Preferred).
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of both customer and carrier organizations.
- Demonstrate follow-up skills.
- Problem solving and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Highly motivated with an ability to work independently as well as in a group setting.
- Knowledge of transportation/production software and MS office a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a group.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Description
SUMMARY:Perform a wide variety of duties to maintain and control accurate levels of inventory in warehouses. This includes the evaluation, research of complex inventory discrepancies, and entering of data information into warehouse systems. The role is also responsible for auditing of outbound and inbound products, technical support to receiving and shipping departments, and exchange of information as needed with customers in retail, merchandising, trucking, and distribution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manufacturing work environment. Constant physical activities are required for this position. Able to tolerate working environment with inside hot and cold temperatures.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Activities include ability to reach overhead, squat, and bend at the waist; the ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more; ability to climb up and down stairs throughout a shift; tolerance of standing posture continuously during shift; intense walking is involved. Dexterity for manipulating work materials; repetitive motion; proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English. Ability to respond to safety signals, such as those generated by forklifts.
