    We are currently seeking a welcoming and enthusiastic individual for the role of **Elementary School Enrollment & Admissions Specialist**. In this position, you will be crucial in showcasing and advocating for our cutting-edge educational and enrichment programs to potential clients and new families. Collaborating closely with our Senior Marketing & Enrollment Department, you will handle the complete sales process.

    Your main tasks will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with new families, presenting details about our programs, giving tours, and assisting families in their quest for outstanding elementary education.

    We are in search of a highly motivated and sociable professional with a proven history in sales or enrollment & admissions. While experience in the education sector is beneficial, a deep love for education is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to foster and sustain relationships, and proficiency in CRM systems are also key.

    As the **Elementary School Director of Admissions** at Action Day Schools, you will have the chance to impact the lives of children and families by guiding them to the ideal educational program for their requirements.

    Compensation: $30-39/hr., depending on individual expertise, education, and role criteria.

    Requirements

    • Proven achievement in sales or enrollment & admissions
    • Friendly and sociable demeanor with exceptional communication abilities
    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
    • Experience in the education sector is a plus, with a genuine passion for education
    • Capability to establish and sustain relationships with potential clients
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and commitment to keeping them updated
    • Familiarity with public and private educational offerings
    • Aptitude for independent work and meeting sales objectives
