    Under the direction of the Behavioral Health Program Supervisor, perform professional and highly complex duties in support of the Behavioral Health program; provide clinical supervision, direction and oversight to assigned licensed clinicians, pre-licensed clinicians, registered interns/associates and student interns/trainees to deliver a clinically sound comprehensive program; identify behavioral health needs of students and families; develop therapy goals and objectives for implementation through individual therapy plans; provide consultation and technical assistance to staff, students and families; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.

    Required:
    Two (2) Letters of Reference. It is recommended that letters of references be authored by professional affiliations and specific to the open position.


    Salary placement:

    The successful applicant will be placed on the appropriate salary schedule based on the range of the position being filled.

    The successful applicant will be placed on Step 1 unless given credit for prior verified related professional experience. Applicant shall provide all related professional experience on application materials for salary verification.

    • Certification (Copy of Valid CA Board of Behavioral Sciences license in one of the following: 1)
    Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT); 2) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); or Clinical Psychologist OR Valid California Board of Psychology license as one of the following:
    Licensed Clinical Psychologist; or Licensed PhD in Clinical Psychology; or Licensed PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Please note that this is the issued BBS Certificate document with approximate size of 8X10.))

    • Copy of Transcript (Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, Professional Clinical Counseling or Psychology.)
    • Letter of Introduction
    • Letter(s) of Reference (Two (2) Letters of Reference. It is recommended that letters of references be authored by professional affiliations and specific to the open position.)
    • Other (Registration copy of Valid California Board of Behavioral Sciences Registration or Copy of Valid California Board of Psychology Registration. Please note that this is the issued BBS Registration document with approximate size of 4X10)
