    Position Overview: Seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. Play a crucial role in providing respiratory care services to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. Exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where your expertise will impact patient lives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform respiratory assessments and develop care plans for patients.
    • Administer respiratory treatments and medications as prescribed.
    • Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust treatments.
    • Educate patients and families on care techniques and disease management.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
    • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist.
    • Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
    • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapy procedures and equipment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
    • Commitment to compassionate patient care and safety.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
    • Certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
    • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
