    Cardinal IP is looking for a

    Technical

    Project Manage r

    to help research, plan, design its new SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has previous analytical experience, with strong communication, presentation, and data visualization skills. Successful candidate may work from home in the USA.

    The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of website and software development projects.

    You will manage projects from start to finish, which includes scoping, project planning, internal resource management, deadline and budget management, daily project monitoring, and task delegation.


    You will collaborate with the executive, sales, account services, and execution teams to ensure all projects are properly scoped during the proposal process, all needed information and assets are collected and properly saved before and during the project, the internal execution team has a clear understanding of the project details, deadline, and budget, and communicate and develop solutions for any project's risks.

    You will champion our internal project management software to seamlessly manage the daily execution of tasks, clearly display the team's workflow, report, and utilize real-time capacity, monitor productivity, and effectively collaborate with the account services team, allowing them to provide excellent client communication about the status of every project.


    Position Responsibilities/Duties:
    Gather and document software requirements to assist in building new features, products or data fields

    Create screen mock-ups and workflows to facilitate feedback and pass on to UI designer

    Work with business stakeholders to gather business requirements

    Collaborate with technical leads to deliver complete and accurate specifications to the development team

    Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive marketplace and competitor features. Perform Gap analysis on such

    Collaborate with UI Designer to create the final UI

    Work with the development team to complete the project

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    4-7 years' experience performing software systems business analysis

    Proven analytical and problem-solving skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer and internal business needs, and translate same into well-defined, actionable planning and development projects

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design and functionality concepts to business stakeholders, and technical personnel such as software developers and quality assurance engineers

    Expertise in creating user stories and acceptance criteria

    Experience with UI/UX mock-up tools

    Proficiency in Jira or other collaboration software system


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in technical field or related work experience
