Talento Search Group has an opening for a Continuous Improvement Manager in the Brownwood, Texas area. This is a direct-hire position.Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and implement Lean initiatives Drive a Lean culture in the plant Drive continuous improvement initiatives Develop, report, and track on continuous improvement metrics Optimize manufacturing processes for improvement Attend pertinent Lean trainings and seminars Manage continuous improvement workshops and projects
Experience Needed:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field At least 5 years of continuous improvement experience Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies Experience in leading and executing Kaizen events, 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and Team Development Six Sigma Black is preferred
