    Position Purpose: Support assigned clients, manage contractual compliance and overall business strategy of the assigned clients. Responsible for resolving day to day issues for the assigned clients and assist with strategic planning. Accountable for overall client management and satisfaction.

    • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, interacting with client contacts to facilitate problem resolution and promote high client satisfaction
    • Work cross functionally with internal departments regarding client needs and requests, contractual obligations, work procedures, benefit change requests, and other elements of supporting assigned clients
    • Develop a clear understanding of client needs, goals and objectives.
    • Prepare, review reports and assist with the development of pharmacy benefit recommendations with clients quarterly and annually
    • Document and keep all client and account information in database current
    • Identify, recommend and implement process improvements, service model changes and client satisfaction tools to ensure a positive account relationship.
    • Assists with account renewals, benefit enrollment meetings, and overall compliance with client contracts
    • Develop and implement contract amendments under the direction of the Director of Account Management
    • Document appropriate client specific information in
    • Assist with the development of job aids, training materials, etc
    • Assist in the development and implementation of client service programs.
    • Ability to travel.

    Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management experience. 2+ years of sales or client/account management experience in healthcare, preferably in pharmacy benefit management.


    Pay Range:
    $67, $121,300.00 per year

    Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
