- Design plumbing systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.
- Develop project specifications and perform site evaluations.
- Attend meetings with clients and project teams.
- Develop contract drawings from Schematics through Construction Documents.
- Prepare system designs, plans and permit drawings.
- Provide construction administration, including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders assistance.
- Professional Engineers (PE) License or ability to obtain license
- Comfortable reading and understanding construction documents (plans and specifications)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
