    **Office Manager Position at Septic System Services Provider**


    Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon has teamed up with a leading provider of septic system services, dedicated to offering trustworthy and effective solutions to their clientele.

    We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and well-organized Office Manager to join this dynamic team.

    As the Office Manager, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of our office space.

    You will be in charge of handling administrative responsibilities, managing schedules, addressing customer queries, and extending support to our team members.


    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Maintain office organization
    • Handle phone calls
    • Manage scheduling
    • Welcome walk-ins warmly and deliver exceptional customer support
    • Conduct data entry tasks
    • Handle filing duties
    • Support with additional administrative tasks as necessary


    **Requirements for Success:**

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks
    • Experience with dispatch systems considered advantageous but not mandatory


    **Working Hours:**

    Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM


    **Compensation:**

    $25.00 per hour
