- Assisting with the preparation, filing, and service of pleadings, motions, and other filings.
- Acting as liaison with counsel, mediators, court staff, and others for scheduling and sharing information
- Organizing and managing documents, including the creation of spreadsheets
- Coordinating the collection, review, and production of documents and responding to discovery requests
- Assisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness binders, motions, and appendices
- Summarizing depositions and trial transcripts
- Researching case-related factual issues using in-house files and outside reference sources
- Compiling information and, preparing statistics, charts, graphs and other summaries to detail the findings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred but not required
- Minimum 3 years of related litigation experience, preferably with Personal Injury Law
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management Software

As a Paralegal, you will work closely with our attorneys from the preparation of the complaint through the end, including if it goes to trial. The ideal candidate will have experience with e-filing, service, drafting discovery requests, working with clients to prepare discovery responses, drafting correspondence, and trial preparation. Having excellent research, organizational, and communication skills is vital to this role, as you will be supporting our attorneys in all aspects of case management and client service.
