As a Compliance Specialist at ProgressiveHealth, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Compliance Department by monitoring various compliance activities across our facilities.
Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the highest standards will contribute to our continued success in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
What You'll Do:
Monitor compliance activities across our facilities and communicate follow-up as needed.
Prepare reports on various compliance tasks, such as housekeeping logs, chemical inventory, medication inspections, and more.
Assign and track compliance training for employees.
Conduct provider licensure checks and maintain records.
Participate in documentation reviews and on-site rounding.
Draft and maintain up-to-date protocols.
Assist with medical record requests.
Provide comprehensive support to the Compliance Department.
Perform other duties assigned.
You will need:
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).At least one year of related experience and/or training.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
