    Description

    Business Manager - Full Time, 12-month position; responsible for overseeing and directing the financial transactions of Nazareth Elementary in conjunction with the Principal of the school and the Director of Finance for the Sisters of St. Joseph of Rochester. The position involves compliance reporting, administration of employee compensation and benefits, preparation of the annual budget and subsequent monthly financial statements. The Business Manager is responsible for student accounts receivable, administration of the tuition assistance program, and preparation of disbursements, cash receipts and deposits on a timely basis. A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in corporate or non-profit is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, General Ledger and billing software (SAGE Accounting a plus), and payroll processing (currently ADP). Must be able to work independently and interact courteously with others, be flexible, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Nazareth Elementary serves children in PreK-6.

    Salary range:
    $45,000 - $50,000. Benefits include health insurance contribution, paid time off and profit-sharing plan.
