Jones Brothers Trucking seeks an experienced Flatbed CDL Driver Trainer responsible for training new drivers on all aspects of CDL operation and flatbed fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- CDL rules FMCSA regulations safety standards pre-trip en-route post-trip inspections basic vehicle control backing shifting turning coupling/uncoupling deliver behind-the-wheel road training to prepare students for CDL testing introduce flatbed-specific skills such as load securement tarping chains binders evaluate student progress provide clear feedback coaching ensure training meets state CDL testing requirements company standards promote safe driving habits professionalism accountability maintain training records evaluations compliance documentation
