Hours of Operation

Monday: 7:45am-5pm
Tuesday: 7:45am-7pm
Wednesday: 7:45am-7pm
Thursday: 7:45am-5pm
(1) Saturday a month: 7:45am-2pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Dental Assistant, you will collaborate with the practice team to provide outstanding clinical support for our patients, ensuring they receive the necessary care. You'll assist in preparing patients for treatments and support dentists during procedures.

Skills Required to Make a Great 'Impression' on Our Team

Provide exceptional chair-side clinical support and aid to Doctors and Hygienists, including charting, operatory set/clean up, and patient education.
Record and review patient health history, make chart entries under the doctor's guidance, and complete forms and signatures in dental software.
Ensure appropriate trays and instruments are set up based on the daily schedule.
Prepare patients, sterilize instruments, set up trays, maintain cleanliness, and assist dentists during procedures following OSHA guidelines.
Take and develop dental diagnostic radiographs.
Adhere to OSHA and safety regulations, including HIPAA guidelines, CPR, X-rays, and other necessary certifications.

Qualifications

Wondering How You Can Excel in This Position?

Dental Assisting Certification or relevant on-the-job training.
Preferably 1-5 years of experience; new graduates will also be considered.
Radiography/X-RAY certification as per state requirements.
CPR Certification is a must.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
