Medical Director of Anesthesia at TRI-STATE HEALTH

Synergy Health Partners is searching for a skilled Medical Director of Anesthesia with strong leadership and clinical abilities to join their team at TRI-STATE HEALTH in the charming town of CLARKSTON, WASHINGTON.

• Staffing Model: 1-MD and 4-CRNAs
• Position Type: Part-time Clinical role with Administrative responsibilities
• Schedule: 2 weeks per month; consecutive weeks or alternating
• CRNAs Schedule: 3 weeks on; rotating 1 week off
• Responsibilities of Medical Directorship:
  • Engage with C-suite, medical staff leaders, and support personnel
  • Develop strategies to enhance OR efficiency and introduce new service lines
  • Foster a culture of excellence in the surgical department
  • Collaborate with Lead CRNA to ensure smooth Anesthesia workflow
  • Participate in committee/department monthly meetings; provide updates during Bi-Weekly operational meetings
  • Provide consultation on cases as necessary

• EMR: Meditech; Anesthesia utilizes paper

License Requirement:

• Active WA license preferred, with assistance from Synergy for the right candidate
