Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Responsibilities :
Develops bid/award negotiation strategy for project, allocating decision making authority and task responsibilities.
Leads procurement and subcontract activities on large size projects.
Perform resourcing survey and contract risk assessment, issue report of findings.
Support, guide, and implement changes in systems, processes, and procedures.
Manages a team of up to 13 employees at three different locations.
Review contract task force activities.
Travel to site locations to oversee contract operations.

Qualifications :
Must have an active (or ability to maintain and obtain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
Must have experience with Supply Chain and Contracts Management in Government sector.
Must have leadership experience managing direct reports.
Strong knowledge of FAR for both subcontracting and material purchases.
Experience with Government regulatory audits.
