    About the Role

    As a highly motivated and results-driven Online Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our online sales presence. Working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, your objective will be to leverage online platforms to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and meet sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

    The salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, plus monthly commission opportunities, making it an attractive career choice for those seeking financial growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential customers.
    • Identify potential leads and conduct necessary follow-ups to meet sales quotas.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and propose solutions that meet their needs and capabilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2+ years of relevant work experience including building and retaining customers, managing significant deadlines, and driving continuous customer satisfaction.
    • Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in an online or remote capacity.
