Physical Therapist (PT) – 13-Week Contract in Huron, SD
Connected Health Care is a premier recruitment and staffing firm, and we are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local travel contract in Huron, SD.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PT to work in a dynamic healthcare setting while earning top compensation.
Job ResponsibilitiesAssess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify care plans.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Education, Experience, and Training
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
Active Physical Therapist license in South Dakota (or compact state eligibility).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
