Under the supervision of the A/R Billing Supervisor, the A/R Billing Rep III is responsible for providing timely and efficient follow-up with all payer types for all unpaid claims, consistent with the Mission and Philosophy of Dignity Health Medical Foundation.

• 4 years experience working in healthcare Rev Cycle or a Professional Medical Office.
• 1 year experience with IDX Practice management system.
• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of physician billing regulations.
• Understanding of professional claims and billing procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers demonstrated proficiency in email systems, internet and office software applications.

• 6 years experience working in healthcare Rev Cycle or a Professional Medical Office.
• 1 year experience with Cerner EHR.
• AA/AS degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Strong MS Excel skills to interpret and analyze high volume of data.
• Knowledge of Google Suite.
