SUMMARY To deliver high quality Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitative services by creating and implementing a multidisciplinary, goal oriented care plan for each patient in collaboration with members of the cardiac rehab team.

Associates of Applied Science, Nursing.
# Bachelors of Science in Nursing-Preferred.

Must speak, read and write fluently in English. Basic computer skills. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in the absence of direct supervision.

Good understanding regarding the care, treatment and designing of an exercise plan for individuals with cardiac disease and those requiring cardiac rehabilitation.
