    We are looking for a **Fleet Supervisor** for our NEW Amherst, NH warehouse. The Supervisor responsibilities include:

    Oversees and coordinates departmental responsibilities with Logistic administrative personnel to ensure all duties are performed accurately and efficiently.

    Coordinate with the Loading Supervisor to ensure the correct product is on the appropriate truck in a safe and economical sequence, including consideration of efficiency of unloading product at its destination.

    Ensures compliance with all DOT regulations, maintains required documentation, and actively participates in DOT audits. This includes but is not limited to drivers files (DQ files), drivers log books, accident reporting, equipment maintenance, safety and vehicle markings.

    Manages the shipping schedules and routes to meet customer requirements and the drivers needs.

    Monitors hours and paid time off for drivers.

    Other duties as assigned.

    **Basic Qualifications (Required)**

    Minimum of three years experience in supervision, scheduling and resource allocation.

    Prior experience in fleet operations.

    Thorough understanding of DOT regulations and warehouse/distribution operations.

    Analytical skills, sensibility, decisiveness, flexibility, resourcefulness.

    Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, management and customers.

    Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

    Must be able to withstand exposure to seasonal weather elements and wood dust.

    **Preferred Qualifications**

    Bilingual in Spanish and English
