    Title: Clinical Field Trainer (REMOTE)
    Location: Remote
    Duration: 7 Months

    Description:

    Summary:

    The main function of a Clinical Field Trainer is to drive business growth through clinical support to health care providers, including physicians, Certified Diabetes Educators, Pharmacists and other health care professionals, based on guidance from field sales leadership.

    A typical Clinical Field Trainer provides education and training regarding personal and professional products.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Perform training, education, and support to HCPs virtually and/or in person, using a variety of technology, including video conferences, conference calls, webinars, and phone.

    Complies with applicable laws in providing physicians with literature.

    Builds relationships with customers to influence the acceptance and use of companys products in collaboration with the field sales representatives Communicates frequently with leadership on patient needs and updates on progress Initiates and completes training forms within 3 days of patient training Provides feedback to the leadership team on field-based training of patients

    Able to perform administrative duties and turn in on a timely basis

    Skills:

    Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

    Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time.

    Experience and comfort teaching and/or training Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and training patients on products or services.

    Education/Experience:

    Bachelor's degree with preferred experience in a healthcare setting 5-7 years experience required.
