- Diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and troubleshooting malfunctions using diagnostic tools & gauges on various types of heavy truck equipment using critical thinking/problem solving.
- Delivering productive results and demonstrating accountability while working with a high degree of independence.
- Utilizing computer/devices to write an itemized summary of each repair performed and parts used.
- Accurately completing DOT and other forms in a timely fashion.
- Adhering to and promoting company safety policy.
- Performing other duties assigned by a manager/supervisor; being adaptable.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a diesel technician on Class 6-8 vehicles.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to submit to and pass background check and drug screening test.
- Necessary tools to perform position responsibilities.
- Hourly Pay: $22-$38 per hour
