    solotech .comThe incumbent will encompass a broad knowledge of HR topics to enable them to perform a diverse set of job duties each day.

    Actively participate as a vital team member of the US HR Team. Responsible for overflow talent acquisition duties such as sourcing and recruiting.

    Under general direction, administer employee relations programs, policies, procedures and functions, be the wellness champion, assist with employee engagement activities, coordinate HR activities, and other necessary projects.

    This is a junior level position that we are willing to mentor and train.

    Your day will look like this:

    Talent Acquisition:

    Serve as a backup recruiter in times of high-volume recruitment activity and in the absence of the full time recruiters;Understand the current workforce skills to ensure a sufficient pool of candidates possessing the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet those needs;Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for the positions;Responds to inquiries regarding positions and assists applicants with the application process;Contacts applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection and manage the candidates from interest through application;Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);Assist with career fairs.

    Employee RelationsLaunch 30/60/90 day reviews and follow up with employes and managers to ensure they are completed in a timely manner;Provide HR guidance to employees and management;Assists with the development of policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce for the organization;Conduct investigations of employees for disciplinary matters;Create/write investigation reportsMake discipline recommendationsAssist in conducting disciplinary meetingsServes as a consultant for management and employees through any employee relations issues;Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate;Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation;Handles employment-related inquiries from employees and m anagers , referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate H RBP ;Assists with processing of terminations;Maintains disciplinary, investigation, and complaint files;Conducts stay interviews with employees as requested;Conducts exit interviews, summarizes findings, and discusses trends and concerns with Sr.

    Director, HR.


    Talent Management:
    Assists with the preparation of the performance review process, launching the performance evaluations, tracking the performance evaluations and ensuring the reviews are completed;Attend calibration sessions as a note taker and disseminate the calibration notes to the managers;Assist with job analysis activities and develop job descriptions;Assist with succession planning initiatives;Work directly with managers in developing Individual Performance Improvement Plans (IPIP) for underperforming employees Identify turnover trends and negative trends, recommend solutions when necessary

    Health and Wellbeing:
    Coordinates, plans, and facilitates health and wellness activities and programs for employees;Plans and implements classes, speakers, and seminars;Develops promotion and publicity plans for wellness programs ;Compiles statistical summaries of participant data

    Coordinate HR Activities:


    Provide administrative support to the HR business partners in conducting various HR processes such as recruitment, candidate sourcing, performance evaluations, annual salary review cycle, and talent review;Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs;Assists with the rollout of HR initiatives (e.g., Talent planning, annual goal settings, performance reviews, commissions and sales goal setting, etc.);Assists with the development of training materials and the roll out of training initiatives;Contributes to other HR initiatives as required;Foster a productive work environment which elicits the utmost from subordinate and promotes a process of continual improvement in both quality and productivity throughout the company;Perform other functions, duties and conduct special projects and/or research as assigned.


    Your profile:


    Associate degree or specialized coursework or certificate programs in HR topics and/or administrative office procedures required;Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Management or related degree from a publicly accredited college or university preferred preferred;Professional HR Certification(s) highly desired;Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience required.

    Maintains a current knowledge of pertinent United States Federal, State, and Local law and regulations;Knowledge of current trends and practices in human resources transactional areas;Superior interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and engage at all levels of the organization;Effectively aligns work with the business priorities with ability solve problems and innovate.

    Proficient in the use of MS Office suite;Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive matters;Ability to create partnerships with internal clients (Human Resources team, managers, employees);Able to employ solid decision-making skills;Model trustworthiness and highly ethical behavior;Ability to manage change and to assess and assist with the shaping the culture of an organization;Work in a fast-paced environment meeting commitments and deadlines.
