    Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Scrum Master.

    • Translating technical terms into Azure DevOps Epics
    • Working with data architects and data engineers
    • Translate requirements to fit in both agile and waterfall methodologies
    • Managing highly complex product
    • Partnering with data integration teams
    • Contribute to ad hoc duties related to the project
    • This is NOT a Agile Coach/Evangelist, Program Management, or DevOps role
    • Budgets and financials will NOT be part of this role
    Required:
    • Proven scrum master track record
    • Project management
    • Large enterprise IT experience (national or global entities)
    • 10+ years of experience
    • Agile
    • Exception communication: forge alliances, cross-departmental collaboration, diplomacy
    • Active listening

    Strongly Preferred:

    • Azure DevOps for project management
    • Business analytic skills
