    IT Senior Engineer "Jack of all Trades"

    Currently, we are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team.

    The Senior Engineer will be responsible for the support and administration of servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtual environments, storage, security and Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR) infrastructure both in-premise and cloud-based solutions, handling of escalations and advanced support of service requests, beyond the abilities of the higher tier Service Desk Technicians and assisting the project and technical alignment teams with implementation of servers, Microsoft 365, Azure storage, and BDR infrastructure projects both in-premise and cloud-based solutions.


    IT Senior Engineer "Jack of all Trades" Responsibilities:
    Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, SharePoint, Windows Server, SQL etc.

    Support services for virtualization technologies:
    VMware, Citrix, and HyperV
    IT Support relating to issues with the internal systems and network infrastructure.
    Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
    Administer hosted and cloud solutions for customers using technologies that meet their requirements.
    Advanced support and implementation of our backup and disaster recovery solutions

    Remote access solution support:
    VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix

    IT Senior Engineer "Jack of all Trades" Requirements:
    Strong Microsoft Azure experience (migrations, builds, support)
    Strong Microsoft server and domain experience.
    Networking experience (configuring firewalls, setting up networks)
    Diagnostic skills of technical issues.
    Service awareness of all organization's key IT services for which support is being provided.
    Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
