La nostra azienda produce e commercializza una vasta gamma di filtri per gli azionamenti oleodinamici, una linea completa di componenti per le trasmissioni di potenza e per le centraline idrauliche.
Ricerchiamo per il nostro Headquarter di Pessano con Bornago (MI):
La risorsa, inserita all'interno del Dipartimento Qualità e riportando al Quality Manager, sarà responsabile della validazione dei fornitori durante lo sviluppo del progetto, dell'avvio delle produzioni e della validazione interna del prodotto fino all'avvio di serie dello stesso; in particolare:
. Mantenere l'elenco dei fornitori approvati, supportare le attività di qualificazione dei nuovi fornitori, incluso il sistema di qualità e le revisioni storiche delle prestazioni dei fornitori;
. Monitorare i dati sulle prestazioni dei fornitori per identificare le tendenze, analizzare le opportunità di miglioramento continuo e implementare azioni di miglioramento dei fornitori;
. Instaurare un rapporto di partnership con il fornitore, con uno scambio pronto, costante e continuo di informazioni;
. Assistere gli acquisti nella selezione dei fornitori e il monitoraggio delle scorecard per promuoverne il miglioramento continuo;
. Gestire le attività di ispezione della qualità in entrata, garantire la conformità alle specifiche e supportare l'implementazione degli standard di qualità del prodotto;
. Eseguire audit di qualità dei fornitori per garantire la qualità del prodotto e la conformità ai requisiti contrattuali;
. Affiancare l'ufficio acquisti nella definizione dei programmi strategici di sviluppo del parco fornitori in allineamento con i requisiti della qualità;
Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
. Laurea in Ingegneria preferibilmente Ingegneria Meccanica, dell'Autoveicolo o dei Materiali o indirizzo equivalente;
. Background professionale in ambito Qualità (SQE, Quality Engineer o affini) maturata in realtà produttive mediamente strutturate;
. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
. Leadership, capacità comunicative e negoziali, autorevolezza e predisposizione al problem solving completano il profilo.
Orario di lavoro:
Full time da lunedì a venerdì con flessibilità oraria in entrata e uscita; possibilità di Smart Working 1 giorno alla settimana.
