    Job Title: Project Manager – Hospital Infrastructure and Systems Implementation

    Location:

    • Position 1: Central Valley, CA / Sacramento Area
    • Position 2: Bay Area, CA

    Job Type: Full-Time, 80% Remote with Required On-Site Visits

    Position involves Project Management enhanced hospital operations through innovative and reliable technological implementations, including network infrastructures, wireless systems, and patient monitoring solutions. With projects across California, we are expanding our team to include two dynamic Project Managers who will lead the deployment of our solutions in the Central Valley/Sacramento and Bay Area regions.

    Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project management for hospital facility infrastructure projects, including network installation, wireless connectivity enhancements, and IDF closet setups. A significant part of your role will involve managing nurse call systems or telemetry project implementations. You will work closely with hospital stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, leadership, and excellent communication skills to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer expectations and company objectives.
    • Lead the project planning process, including defining project scope, objectives, technical feasibility, budgeting, and scheduling.
    • Manage on-site activities during go-lives and implementations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Communicate project progress to all stakeholders, addressing any issues that arise and making adjustments as needed.
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation.

    Requirements:

    • Proven working experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically in hospital facility infrastructure projects, including network, wireless, and IDF closets.
    • Solid experience in managing nurse call or telemetry projects.
    • Strong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
    • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • PMP certification is a plus.
    • Ability to travel to hospital sites for on-site visits, go-lives, and implementations as required.
