The Business Analytics and Insights Advisor will develop and interpret operational insights from reports and dashboards across multiple systemsand workflows .
This role will work closely with business ,ITand operational stakeholders to fully understand the workflowand data structures.The advisor will analyze the data ,develop insights,and present reporting optionsfor leadershipto enhance operational excellence.
An ideal candidate will possess both operationaland analytics experience,demonstrating enthusiasm for integrating dataand process improvements.Candidates should be skilledin retrieving datafrom CRMs and pharmacy dispensing systemsand interested in championing technical solutions that streamline workflows.
