    Southern Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Columbus. This full-time role involves providing exceptional one-on-one care in an outpatient setting using the latest evidence-based techniques.     Graduate with a Masters or Doctorate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
    New or recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply
    1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
    Assess patient goals and limitations to develop a therapeutic plan of care and therapy timeline
    Document initial evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries using Raintree electronic medical records
    Maintain patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy to ensure excellent standard of care
    Communicate effectively with team of healthcare providers and colleagues to ensure an exceptional continuum of care
    Educate patients, families and caregivers on a home exercise program that complements therapy sessions
    Participate in continuing education and other professional development opportunities to remain knowledgeable about new and emerging therapies.
    Promote health and wellness with community outreach during outdoor recreational events such as high school sports, biking, and running races
