    Total Rewards Analyst


    We are seeking a motivated and analytical Total Rewards Analyst to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will bring your passion for providing exceptional employee experiences to bear through the efficient administration and development of our compensation and benefits programs.     Role

    • Manage and respond to employee questions and benefits administration
    • Manage and support employees taking leaves of absence, both in-house and with third-party leave administration support
    • Participate in compensation surveys, and analyze compensation market data to support the development and maintenance of pay ranges and ad hoc compensation decisions
    • Assist in conducting routine compliance reporting (i.e. ACA, SF HCSO, CA Pay Equity, EEO-1, H&W 5500s, 401K audits and non-discrimination testing, etc.)
    • Lead efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data
    • Collaborate on the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, systems, and tools
    • Participate in the development of compensation and benefits communications, including training, open enrollment presentations, compensation statements, policy documents, and other materials
    • Develop and support people analytics efforts

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, and/or recruiting
    • Customer service mindset
    • Strong Excel / analytical skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) and keen interest in analytical, data-driven problem solving
    • Familiarity with relevant federal and state employment law and regulations (e.g. FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, ACA)
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication ability - able to explain complex technical concepts concisely, advocate solutions persuasively, and engage with different levels of audiences within the organization (employees, managers, senior leadership)
    • Strong working knowledge of modern HRIS and HR technology platforms
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Bonus:

    • Degree in HR or professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, CCP, CEBS, or equivalent)
    • Experience with benefits administration and/or compensation analysis
    • Expertise with relevant federal and state employment law and regulations (e.g. FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, ACA)
    • Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
