Key Duties, Responsibilities, and Deliverables

You will work with an incredible team of world class software engineers and scientists to ensure ease of use for our business workflows with our cutting edge CFD cloud product
Architect, design, and implement automation for our business platforms
Engage with CEO, PM, Eng and Finance teams to optimize and automate our business-related processes as possibleDefine a business automation strategy for business operations, sales & marketing and IT
Flexibility to take on other technology-related responsibilities as needed.

Integrate billing operations, customer usage reports, self service sign ups & credit card payments and more into a manageable, scalable infrastructure that is designed to work together long term.

Advise and integrate with best practices all business automation workflows
Expertise and Qualifications

Strong programming skills with Python, Go, SQL or other object oriented languages.
Ability to prioritize deliverables in a fast paced, frequently changing environment.
Ability to work hands-on and think strategically.
Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Passion for architecting business automation solutions for long term.
Ability to integrate various existing business systems as well as ones adopted in the future as the business grows.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
Excitement around being the first business automation architect and influencing how the automation framework evolves over time.
Excited by the challenge of optimizing and automating as much of our business-related processes as possible.
Background and Experience

7+ years of experience in Business Systems engineering and testing, especially with testing and verification of complex distributed business systems and integrations.

5+ years experience in cloud-native SaaS application and infrastructure development on the public cloud (i.e., AWS, GCP, Azure) with modern frameworks such as Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

General knowledge of business system automation techniques, and experience building business operations technology.

Experience automating business workflows for any/all of the following: Stripe, Snowflake, Tableau, Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, Ironclad, Docusign and Google Cloud Billing & BigQuery.

Early-stage startup company experience in a hands-on technical role.
