Job Shift:
Mon-Fri 7am-3pmWe are seeking a CNA/Residential Assistant to engage with older adults through activities, daily living skills, and approved behavioral strategies, with the goal of providing the best possible environment for the resident.
Current openings:
Full-time-Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
PRN-to work as needed
Job duties include:
Providing a warm, home-like environment for residents.
Engaging with residents through hands-on activities and modeling with cognitively appropriate expectations.
Assisting residents with daily living activities.
Ensuring that goals and behavior plans are being followed and documented according to prescribed guidelines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
CNA certification preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass background checks and drug screen.
