Job summary

Rome Health is currently searching for a Staff/Clinical Pharmacist. Ensures safe and effective use of medications through their proper storage, handling.

Duties
  • Reviewing prescriptions/orders issued by physicians or other authorized prescribers to assure accuracy and appropriate medication management of patients/residents.
  • Processes orders within PIS and assists in maintaining correct patient profiles and charging.
  • Maintaining competency for Rome Health's Antimicrobial Stewardship program.
