    About the JobWe are seeking a full-time Sales Manager (Semiconductor Industry) based in Houston, TX, USA, or Frankfurt, Germany.

    In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategies aimed at enhancing Division sales and profitability, while delivering exceptional customer service to clients, distributors, and field sales personnel.

    These strategies encompass various aspects including product development, competitor and market analysis, training initiatives, management of target account programs, strategic pricing, and cultivation of target accounts.


    Key Responsibilities :
    Assess and provide recommendations on new product opportunities.
    Support outside sales teams by furnishing information on pricing, sales, and customer policies, and monitoring complaints.
    Conduct regular evaluations of the market landscape.
    Perform competitive analysis of product lines.
    Accompany and assist outside sales representatives as needed.
    Participate in sales conferences and trade shows as required.
    Assist in the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns.
    Facilitate the exchange of information between engineering and field sales management.
    QualificationsMechanical engineering background or related.3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with knowledge of ultra-high purity fluid systems.

    Familiarity with valves, fittings, or tubing for ultra-high purity fluid systems is a plus.3+ years of sales experience in the industrial products sector.

    Proactive, self-motivated, and target oriented mindset.
    Willingness to travel frequently.

    Applicants in the US have flexibility to work from any location within the US.Applicants in Germany are expected to work in Frankfurt, Germany.
