+The Ambulatory Officer Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities related to patient care in the ambulatory office. This includes providing daily supervision to staff, monitoring operations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and identifying ongoing continuing education needs of employees.
Key responsibilities include communicating status of daily operations to Manager or Director as well as communicate problems hindering workflow to Manager or Director in a timely manner. Handles patient/family or staff complaints investigates complaint makes recommendations on appropriate resolution efficiently coordinates resolution of problems with other departments monitored by Manager or Director organizes executes daily tasks in appropriate priority ensures that patient satisfaction is being met reports any issues assists with annual budget process selects hires manages evaluates effectiveness employees continuously.
