The Amazon Fresh Learning & Development team drives operational excellence through innovative scalable training solutions.We're seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join our dynamic fast-paced environment where we constantly raise the bar on talent development.
In this role you'll design and deliver impactful learning programs that empower Associates and Leaders across our Grocery operations.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams using data and technology to create experiences that enhance performance and support Amazon's customer-centric mission.
- Leading the end-to-end development implementation of learning programs that drive operational excellence across multiple grocery businesses
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery communicating results to senior leadership experience
