POSITION
SUMMARY:
Works under the
direction of the Director of Financial Reporting and Treasury. The Treasury
analyst is fully responsible for all tasks assigned referring to his/her
supervisor(s) as described in the job responsibilities below.
The Treasury Analyst
shall serve as a liaison for finance and the business operations as they relate
to working capital and cashflow management.
The role will be dynamic and a
key role in a fast-paced in a growth-oriented company with operations around
the world. A successful candidate will
have a strong worth ethic, excellent analytical skills, excellent problem-solving
capability, and ability learn quickly.
The role will also be a key interface to all financing sources regarding
regular reporting requirements so strong written and verbal communication
skills is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
AND DUTIES:
- Manage global daily cash
duties, which includes daily balances, supporting accurate cash applications,
publishing daily exchange rate information, and cash book reconciliations. - Prepare all working
capital reporting for debt and equity holders - Assist with the cash
flow forecasting process - Prepare routine ad hoc
reports - Ensure compliance with
internal processes and controls with cash management - Maintain global bank
account list for accuracy including account signers and approvers - Complete tasks for month
end and mid-month support to all financing sources - Analyze bank fees and
identify cost saving opportunities - Identify trends and
recommend improvements accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent
problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced growth
environment. - Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. - Ability to interact with
diverse global workforce - Effective time
management and ability to handle and control sensitive information - Strong skills in MS
office applications, including very strong MS Excel skills. - Four-year degree in
accounting or finance or equivalent experience - 1-3 years of experience
in finance or accounting
PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS:
- Work in a sitting
position for 8 or more hours per day - Lift up to 10 pounds on
a regular basis and up to 50 pounds as needed - Travel to job locations
by automobile and/or commercial airline
ADDITIONAL
REQUIREMENTS:
- Travel expected
domestic/international 10-25% - Ability to obtain
clearance
