Position: Integrated Risk Engineer (FAIR)

Job Description:

The Integrated Risk Engineer plays a key role in implementing risk management processes to provide a unified view of information risk across the enterprise. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who possesses the skills to address complex technical and business challenges related to risk measurement. Effective communication of risk concepts to diverse audiences is a vital aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

Advocate for formal measurement methods to enhance decision-making processes at different levels
Lead initiatives to implement quantitative risk analysis methods supporting various organizational functions
Support an offering that facilitates explicit risk management at an acceptable level
Estimate risk factors and forecast risk using advanced modeling techniques
Create effective risk visualization techniques for decision-makers
Assess control effectiveness in mitigating risk and its impact on business loss
Ensure quality assurance of risk analysis outputs and data validation
Develop Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators for decision-making purposes
Coordinate data-gathering initiatives to enhance risk modeling precision
Provide training and support for partners implementing quantitative risk measurement methods
Contribute to the development and adoption of an Enterprise Risk Management approach
Execute processes outlined in the Information Risk Management Framework using decision support tools

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience using quantitative modeling techniques
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex business problems
Experience with industry standards and frameworks related to risk analysis
Knowledge of security controls frameworks and regulations
Relevant industry certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM, etc.
Degree in IT, Security, Risk, or Economics
Experience with security telemetry data and risk calculation automation
