- Two (2) years of demonstrated experience as a Program coordinator II or equivalent.

Description
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Learning and Development Associate (3-Year Term) is responsible for employee learning and development programs that will assist SCF in achieving its corporate objectives.
This position will focus on academic and community partnerships with universities and colleges and may assist with the development and management of scholarship programs with support Alaska Native and American Indian employees in pursuing clinical career pathways.
This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.Minimum:
